eBay RGB-AV Booster shell for PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16

I've designed a shell compatible with one of the specific styles of PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 AV-Boosters available on eBay and other marketplaces. I'm unsure how many of these units exist, but if you have one and need a shell, here it is. Please note that I don't endorse or recommend any import AV-Boosters. About this shell: There are two top models and two bottom models. One top model features text labels, while the other does not. The bottom models differ in thickness - one is normal, and the other is thicker (requiring no rubber feet). Initially, I created the shell to be compact, but it falls short of sitting flat on a table when connected to the expansion bus by about 5.5-6mm. To compensate, I recommend using rubber feet or the thick bottom to fill in the gap. You'll need two screws with diameters around 2.5mm and lengths between 9-12mm for the standard base. The thick base requires screws that are 15-18mm long. Alternatively, you can modify the recesses for the screw heads on the model to accommodate shorter screws. I've intentionally omitted adding holes for the two power indicator lights or light guides at the top of the shell. These indicators only show the power status and aren't essential to me, so I decided not to revise and reprint them at this time. My 2¢: The AV-Booster board in question is a Composite/Component/RGB output version. Despite many cheap import models being subpar, this one delivers fairly nice video performance and quality without requiring external power on my consoles (for AV and RGB). It offers better video output (component or RGB) than the common HDMI upscaler cables available on Amazon, which sacrifice color saturation and sharpness. For optimal results, consider using a "db GrafxBooster" for easy no-mod output or performing a quality internal mod like Voulta's. I've installed Voulta's RGB mod on several of my consoles and endorse it, but you'll need additional cabling and equipment to use it properly. Regarding the jailbars issue on NEC consoles, the only solution is to replace the capacitors on the board's video signal lines with higher value ones, which requires opening up the unit anyway.
