Currently Untested, Beta Testers Needed. Those with Printed Gibbed's Original 5015 Design Are Called Upon to Compare Cooling Performance. Special Thanks Go Out to Gibbed for Releasing Design Files. This Has Made the Creation of this Remix Possible. Main Modifications from Gibbed's Original Design Include an Alternate Fan Duct, M3x3 mm Heated Insert Cutouts Added Along the Rear of Both Hotend and 5015 Part Fan Mounting Holes, and a Modified 5015 Opening to Fit Snugly Around the Fan Outlet. Compared to My Other Remix, the Main Design Change is the Alternative Fan Duct. I Have Printed My Other Remix Using Gibbed's Original Duct, and Cooling Has Been Decent So Far. However, for Those Who Want to See if the Alternate Duct Cools Better, I Have Designed This Duct to Sit Between the Heat Block and the End of the Nozzle, Directing Cool Air Flow Down Towards the Part and Around to the Other Side of the Print Without Sacrificing Cooling Capacity or Access to the Hotend. I Also Modified the Opening for the 5015 Fan Outlet to Fit Closer to the Fan Itself, Along with Cutouts Meant to Fit Tabs Present on the 5015 Fan I Have That Don't Seem to Be on Any CAD Models of a 5015 Fan I've Seen. The Part Fan Should Fit Pretty Snug in the Opening to Decrease Air Leakage Around the Fan Outlet. Updates: Added M3 Washers for 5015 Fan If Needed, and Initial Upload on September 10, 19.
