Easythreed X1 spool holder with roller

A small remix that includes a roller for the filament spool. I found 1kg spools dont roll around smoothly, and for my unmodified X1 with it's super mini extruder motor that is just a tad bit much. Anyhow, I made two versions: 1 addon roller that you can just put around the original if you already printed that, just goes around it, it's big enough. And a new version with the roller already in it's place is also included. And an extra supported one with my own mini support added for direct printing.
