* BEFORE, to build your SAND CASTLE, you have to : > step 1 - put some sand into a classic mold. > step 2 - press the sand into the mold to compress it. > step 3 - try to UNMOLD your sand shape without destroying it. > step 4- if you don't manage to unmold it , do step 1 again... . * HOW EASYMOLD WORKS ? The EASYMOLD enable to unmold your SAND SHAPE without damages. Indeed EASYMOLD is your MOLD halved in two parts, on the parting line. Like the injected molded parts, EASYMOLD separe your geometric shapes mold in two parts, usely in the middle, or on a symetric axe. * NOW, with EASYMOLD : > step 1 - put some sand into an EASYMOLD. > step 2 - press the sand into the EASYMOLD to compress it. > step 3 - UNMOLD your sand shape with NO RISK of destroying it. Finally, You can move your geometric shapes as you want in using the EASYMOLD again. * MATHEMATIC SHAPES : > You can do every geometric shape with this, my adapting the EASYMOLD design. > cube, brick, cylinder, prism, tetrahedron , cone, pyramid, circular arc ... as you want ! > You only have to put the parting line (separation between the two pieces) on a sharp edge or the symetric axe. >> Assemble the bricks or prism or... together so as to build your own CASTLE, BRIGE, TOWER, SIGIL on the beach by doing some tessellation with the EASYMOLD SAND ! You only have to print your EASYMOLD with your 3d printer upstream ! Just try : it will sincerely convince you to bring all your EASYMOLD shapes to the beach =) Ps : for all thoses you think that SAND is not strong enough to use it as bricks....etc, please try it too or just take a look to the pictures !^^ Sand is usely difficult to handle, because UNMOLDING is hard, but now, it is really easy !
