Hello to you here is my adapter to install two 70mm cartridges on Decathlon masks, rest assured that this is an Adaptator Marche for generic Chinese copies of Decathlon masks. I have personally tried it out. Please be aware that this device may not provide 100% protection and I am not in any way responsible for what you might use it for or what this device may or may not protect against. Although it might be effective as a last resort protection, it is not to be considered as an "war gas mask" or as a war weapon but as a proof of concept. Always use proper certified protection equipment when working in an environment with hazardous chemicals or chemical warfare, you are responsible for your actions. There are already many models circulating on the internet. My files for Sketchup are attached if you want to modify them easily. I wanted masks with two cartridges of 70 mm because the masks 2 cartridge can be tiring to use, and masks with a single cartridge are more fatiguing to wear and not recommended beyond one hour. The 70mm cartridges are cheaper than 3M cartridges and the sudden popularity of 3M brand protective material makes them difficult to obtain. After printing the parts you will need 2 seals of 60 mm outside, 65 mm inside, yes 4 mm screws to fix the keys that hold the cartridges, and a little Teflon to ensure a perfect seal between the adapter and the mask. Times are murky and access to the most rudimentary means of protection is difficult. That's why I offer this system which allows you to adapt cartridges on masks that you may have in your attic or garage... The transformation of Decathlon masks by Italians into a respirator is a major event in the way the public perceives 3D printing. For that, I think it is necessary to congratulate the people who had this original idea and knew that the first people who adapted the Decathlon masks to make respirators were also the ones who made masks for journalists or demonstrators to breathe during demonstrations. After printing the parts you will need 2 seals of 60 mm outside, 65 mm inside, yes 4 mm screws to fix the keys that hold the cartridges, and a little Teflon to ensure a perfect seal between the adapter and the mask.
