EasyBox for 6 EasyDriver 4.4 steppermotor drivers and a Teensy 3.5.
Connected to an optical encoder and a hall positioner.
Connected to 6 steppenmotors.

Used for the electric auto rewind spool system for the MMU2S

Print instructions

I needed a housing for 6 stepper motor drivers connected to a Teensy 3.5 card (a kind of Arduino) with a few sensors.
Where I have a few controls on the lid with a small Oled display.
I used the EasyDriver4.4 for the driver cards, hence EasyBox.
The connections to the outside are mainly GX connectors.
Internally I connected everything with a Dupont connectors as much as possible, so that I could make some changes.

The lid has a black edge that overlaps both inside and outside of the wall of the cabinet, so that the lid supports the cabinet well. Internal ribs have also been added to support the walls of the cabinet.

The screw fixing for the lid is made with brass inserts.

The housing must be printed in two phases: cabinet, lid (because of space requirements).

To build this with electronics you do need a little experience in electronics, soldering, connector crimping and the using of the Arduino IDE.

I did put also the project for the Arduino IDE on line here. So you can see how you can used it.
