The Generation 2 EasyE3DMount boasts significant changes, with its design revamped from scratch for maximum compatibility with Troublemaker 3D printers. A magnetic mount with a spring-loaded connection allows easy fan removal and quick exchange of fan duct setups, enhancing versatility across various prints. The 2x0.5mm^2 + 8x0.22mm^2 cable powers the heater, E3D cooling fan, thermocouple circuit, and cooling fan. A simplified design incorporates a relief arm for cables and bowden, added mounting holes for thermocouple PCB and side accessories. The magnetic mountable fan and other accessories increase robustness through a strengthened clamp. This upgrade evolved from nhofley's E3D Integrated Printhead v1.9, offering simplified printing with large surfaces, reduced overhangs, and compatibility for PLA or ABS filaments. Printing at 120mm/s speed and 0.2mm layer thickness, infill 20%, wall 1.5mm takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes on an Ultimaker. Refer to a screenshot for proper bed placement of parts.
