Easy turn lid for old style Nanohack Virus Mask

This is an update to the Nanohack Virus Mask available at https://copper3d.com/hackthepandemic/. A new style mask has been added to the site; these files pertain to the original design. Import this component into your slicer and then add, centering the "tapa" file from the mask files before printing. As long as the parts are aligned properly, they will print as a single unit. I didn't combine the original tapa file with the model since Copper3D plans to patent the mask at some point. To prevent potential issues, I've kept it separate. The original "tapa" is sized to fit the filter opening and was difficult to turn. This addition adds minimal weight to the mask but allows for easy screwing and unscrewing of the filter cover. It also eliminates the need for support when printing the tapa since there are no overhanging parts now.
