It can be printed on any printer that has at least 90mm z-height (94mm ideal). Separately, print one top piece and one bottom piece in spiral vase mode with a 0.5mm extrusion/wall width and around 1mm-worth of solid bottom layers. If the fit is too tight, lower your extrusion width to about 0.4mm. **Update:** A new version pair has been added that works well for 1mm extrusion widths (ends with *_1mm_spiral.stl*).
