Firstly it is needed to set X axis to horizontal position. It is done with top Z holders, where there are M5 screws to set up end of the movement, when you reach top of the Z height. I measure distance of x axis steel rod from both Y axis (bed) rods. Move bed to the most front position and you can measure. Adjust top screws so distance of the x axis steel rod is equal from both Y axis rods. Then mount tool with indicator so you can still slide it on rods and you can adjust all 9 (for mk 2,5s just 4 screws) screws of the bed to one distance . That way your bed will be perfectly flat. I was able to set it in range 0,02 mm. I think it is enough.
