Easy to print Ergodox Case

I wasn't blown away by the default ergodox case. I took matters into my own hands and designed my own using a file from this amazing acrylic case on GitHub: https://github.com/bishboria/ErgoDox/tree/master/ErgoDox%20Acrylic%20Case. It works great, but I did have to do some filing for the right board on the inside. The left side fit without any issues. This is still considered beta, and I printed it with TitanX ABS from Formfutura on my trusty Brenda Reprap 3D printer. I bought my board from Falbatech (http://falbatech.pl). It uses M3 bolts (15mm) and nuts on the underside. If you want to edit the OpenSCAD file, you'll also need these DXF files: https://github.com/bishboria/ErgoDox/tree/master/ErgoDox%20Acrylic%20Case/ErgoDOX%20Acrylic%20Case%20-%20Designed%20by%20Litster/Standard/Left
