Watch this video for more information about this model: Today I'm sharing with you a 3D printable Bob-omb from Mario that's designed to be incredibly easy to print. It prints in one seamless piece, eliminating the need for any supports. You can scale it up or down to suit your printer's capabilities. I printed this model on my Robo 3D R1 printer using Hatchbox White PLA at a rate of 50mm/sec. The printing process took around 9 hours, with each layer height set to 0.3mm. As a result, the total filament usage was approximately 220g. Post-processing is straightforward: start by sanding any rough spots to your liking. Next, prime it with plastic primer and let it dry completely between coats. Then, paint everything except the body (I enlisted my wife's help with an airbrush). Mask off the painted areas, leaving only the main body unpainted. After that, paint the main body with black spray paint. Once the paint is dry, apply a glossy finish to achieve the desired shiny look. Print Settings: I used a layer height of 0.3mm, infill of 20%, and disabled supports and rafting to ensure smooth printing.
