Easier to use and really tight nut locks for the Tool holder of this thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:790533 It's designed specifically for the IE-Version 25mm tubes with a wall thickness of 1mm. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.26 Infill: 25-40% Notes: Nozzle 0.4 mm Three Perimeters print two times the Z-Nut-Guide and four times the Locking Block (optional) Post-Printing Preparations You will need four M4 nuts, four M4 x 20mm (or 24mm) screws, a 5mm drill for making holes and of course the tool mount. Drill your holes with dimensions as described on Vicious1's assembly guide here: http://www.vicious1.com/assembly/conduit-rails-tubes-pipes/ and http://www.vicious1.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/zrail.jpg Assembly of the Tubes Push M4 nuts into cutouts until they align with holes. (Fits very tight!) Secure nut with a Locking block (optional). Push Z-Nut-Guide into tube until it is aligned with drilled holes. Fix tool mount using M4 screws. That's it.
