Easy Spool Holder for Prusa MK2/MK2S/MK2.5/MK3) - updated

This remix builds upon my earlier published Spool Holder, itself a remix of IsmaelPR1's Easy Spool Holder. In the previous version, AGremlin pointed out that at maximum z height on the MK3, the extruder would hit the spool holder, and he was correct. While it didn't bother me then due to the low likelihood of printing at maximum z height, I saw an opportunity for improvement, which I've now made. With this remix, there's plenty of space between the extruder and the spool holder, eliminating any potential issues. Yes, I've also changed the marking from MK2 to MK3. Everything else remains unchanged compared to my previous remix; the rods can still be printed horizontally as well as the filament guide. The filament guide can be attached to the right spool holder support element using an M3 bolt (you can use a spare bolt from the Prusa spare parts kit) or by gluing it in place, if you've printed it in ABS - Acetone can then be used to secure it. I added two 45-degree recesses in the filament guide; you have the option to leave the filament guide intact or make a small cut with a saw or sharp knife so that you can simply insert the filament through the cut. To manage cables on my lights, I routed them behind the top of the frame and created recesses in the main spool support elements to guide them between these holders and the frame. Kudos go out to IsmaelPR1 for designing and sharing this excellent design.
