With the turboFan, this hotend is designed exclusively for use with the Ultimaker. Since it utilizes JST connectors to control the panel and power supply, swapping out hotends becomes a fast and straightforward process. I created an LED holder that's integrated into the hotend. This LED lamp provides an unobstructed field of view when printing, allowing you to position it to suit your needs. Inside the STL files, you'll find two "10 cross mount" designs: one for use with copper bushings (6mm inside diameter, 8mm outside diameter, and a length of 15mm) and another for line bearings (6mm inside diameter, 12mm outside diameter, and a length of 35mm). You can choose the design that best suits your requirements. Regarding the LED lamp, I've included a schematic diagram as an image in the "images folder" for easy reference. If you plan to use ABS filament, simply print the "FAN duct for ABS.stl" file, which is a specialized version of the fan duct cutting tool. You can find accompanying images in the "images folder," showcasing a cute robot design. Here are the key specifications for the LED lamp: * Power: 12 volts * Resistance: 1k Ohm, 1/4 watt (2 pieces) * LEDs: Maximum current rating of 30 mA (4 pieces) You'll also need to source the following components: * Screws: M2.5 x 8 mm (10 pieces) * Screws: M2.5 x 10mm (1 piece for socket use) * Screws: M3 x 16mm (2 pieces for turbo fan mounting) * Screws: M3 x 10mm (1 piece) * Nuts: M3 (1 piece) * Copper nuts: M2.5 x 4mm (12 pieces) * JST connectors: 5 sets * Note that only the "FAN_Duct.stl" file requires support during printing, while all other components can be printed without it.
