With the turboFan, this hotend is designed specifically for Ultimaker users. It features JST connectors that connect to the control panel and power supply, making hotend changes fast and easy. I've also included a custom LED holder that clips right onto the hotend. This LED lamp provides a clear field of view when printing and can be adjusted to suit your needs. You'll find two 10mm cross mounts in the STL files: one for copper bushings (6mm inner diameter, 8mm outer diameter, and 15mm long) and another for linear bearings (6mm inner diameter, 12mm outer diameter, and 35mm long). Choose the mount that suits your project best. In addition to the hotend design, I've included a schematic diagram of the LED lamp in the images folder. This will help you understand how it works. If you plan to print with ABS plastic, simply print the FAN duct for ABS STL file, which is designed to provide optimal airflow. You'll find pictures of this duct in the images folder - it's a cute robot design. Here are the specifications for the LED lamp: * Power: 12V * Resistance: 1k Ohm (2 resistors) * LEDs: Maximum current draw of 30mA (4 LEDs) You may also need the following components to complete your project: * M2.5 x 8mm screws (10 pieces) * M2.5 x 10mm screw for socket (1 piece) * M3 x 16mm screws for turboFan (2 pieces) * M3 x 10mm screw (1 piece) * M3 nut (1 piece) * Copper nuts: M2.5 x 4mm (12 pieces) * JST connectors: 5 teams * For printing, only the FAN_Duct STL file requires support removal; the rest of the parts do not need it. I hope you enjoy working with this design!
