I've observed several designs for mask clips online, prompting me to create simple yet effective designs that could be printed in large quantities with high quality. My goal was to ease the burden on healthcare workers' ears during this outbreak by providing them with reliable mask clips. With my CR10S 3D printer (300mm x 300mm), I was able to produce a dozen small clips or eight large ones within two hours at a layer height of 0.28mm. Since I already had some PLA plastic leftover from previous projects, I used it for this endeavor. Although the material is thin and somewhat flexible, it has proven to be remarkably durable. I encourage anyone who can assist to print these mask clips and donate them to those in need, making their essential work slightly more manageable during this challenging time.
