Easy Pull Rod Puzzle

PRINT WITH SUPPORT IS NOT NEEDED! PRINT IN ONE PIECE ONLY! This is a relatively simple Puzzle, focused on extracting a rod from its base. It shouldn't take an eternity to print. Avoid attempting to push the rod downwards, as there's a component at the top. To get the solution, scroll down. Pull up the rod, then twist it, and finally push it down while twisting again. Now, pull up, twist in the opposite direction, and carefully extract the rod.
