Update: I added a tensioner ring and corresponding teeth on the handle so that you can adjust the strength of the massager as you wish. The ring slides on from the bottom (with safety buckle at the end to make sure it doesn't slide off by itself), then clicks onto the teeth. Directly push up to tighten, and squeeze the handle to change to pull down to looser settings. I've been having problems with teeth grinding and tense/sore jaws, so I made myself a face massager to help relax the muscles. It works! Also good for head/temple massaging. Similar products often advertise for face lifting and thinning as well, though I'm not sure whether that's real or not.
