I designed this phone holder to print easily and still look great, plus it's sturdy. Most other stands need lots of support and retractions, but not this one - it doesn't require any support and only a little retracement. 1. Print one half of the stand. 2. Mirror it in your slicer and print it again. 3. Print the rod twice (laying down). 4. Put the rods in the designated places; a little superglue won't hurt, but isn't necessary. It's best to print the rod lying down. You can easily adjust the width of the phone holder by extending the rod in the slicer - make it twice as long if you want to fit a tablet in the stand. The rod should fit perfectly if your extrusion rate is calibrated correctly. I printed with PETG and 92% flow, but you can simply reduce or increase the size of the rod. The smartphone shouldn't be wider than 11mm; my P20 Pro with a case fits perfectly. I recommend covering the lower side of the holder with craft foam to prevent the stand from slipping, but this is a matter of personal preference. No support is needed. Infill should be at least 15% for extra stability.
