Easy Print Face Shield Remix Shorter Sides

I made a simple remix of HanochH's Face Shield.\r\n\r\nShortened the arms a bit at the request of a nurse who said the original was too tight for those with larger heads.\r\n\r\nI'm printing dozens of these shields for people in my community.\r\n\r\nTo add extra comfort, I added padding to the forehead area using 3/4" wide rubber foam self-stick weather seal.\r\nFor the plastic screen, I used transparency film designed for copiers.\r\nTo attach it securely to the head, I repurposed some elastic cord from a previous project. Since elastic is currently hard to find, I discovered that cutting two rubber bands and tying them together works as a decent substitute - however, the rubber can be a bit sticky and stick to hair slightly.
