PRINTING • Print .24 mm (or less) layer height - no supports needed. I used Priline CF Polycarb but ABS works well too. • Part cooling fan is optional, but it can improve some layer details significantly. • Nozzle length can be fine-tuned for your specific setup. In your slicer, uncheck uniform scaling and adjust the z-axis scaling. A ±5% change roughly equals a ±1mm height adjustment. ASSEMBLY • Insert duct nozzle into the slot in main duct (see animation). • Radial fan goes over top of nozzle and holds it firmly in place. • Clip main duct onto heat sink before fitting hot end fan. The printed part can flex better without the fan attached, which is a plus. • Use two M3x6 screws for radial part fan • Use four M3x12 screws for hot end fan Radial fan is available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RR2KGN9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Screws are available from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MZ3TWAF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Recommended - use silicone sock on hot end to maintain even nozzle temperature: https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-E3D-Socks-Pack-V6-SOCK-PRO-3PACK/dp/B07779TP4S/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=e3d+silicone+sock&qid=1594517134&sr=8-3
