Up until now, I've been using a drill press vice to hold circuit boards during soldering, but it's been a challenge due to its rigid clamp design, which requires squishing the board too hard and risks damaging it.\nSo I took matters into my own hands and designed a simple yet effective model based on springs that will securely hold pcbs firm in place. I opted for a straightforward approach and decided against adding more features, as simplicity is often the best policy here.\nFor those of you who want to create custom jaws, I've attached a pdf drawing that provides all the details you need to get started.
