Easy OctoPi configuration to help those new to OctoPi

I have put together a little package to make OctoPrint brain-dead easy. Perhaps this will appeal to folks who have never used OctoPrint and are intimidated by it. While it is super easy, sometimes it helps to have someone spoon-feed it during the first exposure. This will be of no interest to anyone experienced with OctoPrint / OctoPi, although you may like the lamp / case / holder setup I have devised. This setup uses the cheapest 5mp pi cam available. I paid $4 for the one in the pic and that included shipping. The Armor case is also the cheapest Pi case available. Despite the affordable implementation, this setup works brilliantly. Please notice, the armor case does interfere with Wifi a bit. I had to position this setup on the right side of the printer for best wifi signal. Plastic cases cause less problems but this works fine, if positioned correctly. This device is just over 15 meters from my wifi router.
