Easy Jet Engine - By MC
thingiverse
I wanted to create a model of a jet engine that could be easily printed with minimal pieces and functionality, so here it is! All you need are a couple of 22mm ball bearings with 7mm height and an 8mm hole, similar to those used in fidget spinners. Printing time isn't excessive, and with careful construction, the model should turn smoothly. My prototype wasn't perfect, but it still turns well without significant issues, so I'm satisfied. The engine will rotate simply by blowing into the tubing connected to the combustion chamber section. If you have a compressor capable of making it spin, you'll be able to use it; however, my small airbrush compressor isn't powerful enough, but blowing works fine.
