This design, my second entry for a competition, features a main frame made from a custom-drawn tube of the desired cross section. The shape is then manipulated using CNC bending or hydroforming. Its simplicity lies in its minimal part count. The design allows for single-handed operation due to paper feeding under the frame, held firmly by two adjustable rubber strips that can be tailored to suit the required friction level. An annotated screenshot demonstrates this feature. To secure the roll, a plastic end stop is used on both ends of the frame, while two self-adhesive rubber support feet ensure stability. The design can also be mounted on a table or vertically on a wall by adding fixing holes or keyhole slots to the base of the tube, providing flexibility in placement options. I hope you enjoy it!
