Easy-Extruder for Anet A6
thingiverse
I designed this extruder from scratch based on the Anet A6 Extruder Prototype Bowden & Direct by Bomber0 \r\n\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2338084 \r\n\r\nInitially, I used most of the original dimensions, but eventually created my own personal favorite version, yet still want to call it a remix to respect the original designer.\r\n\r\nTo use this extruder, simply need:\r\n4 - M3x30mm screws with nuts to attach both shells\r\n4 - M3x20mm screws with nuts to attach the belt holder and part cooling fan\r\n4 - 3mm screws for your front-mounted extruder cooling fan\r\n1 - 3mm screw for the fan duct (optional, but won't get lost while printing)\r\n\r\nThe belt is mounted by two Belt holders, remixed from the Frankenstein Extruder mount.\r\nSo a separate belt tensioner on the X-Axis is required.\r\n\r\nI printed all parts with PLA and after 48 hours of printing, nothing has happened to the carriage. The fins of the cooling element are hand-warm while printing PLA for hours.\r\n\r\nThis one is an excellent choice for a X-Axis setup\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3055551\r\n\r\nIf you have any questions, just let me know.\r\n
