An Animal-Friendly Agility Jump Fence for Small Dogs that Works Perfectly for Other Small Animals Too. This fence uses lightweight flower sticks, which weigh almost nothing and can easily fall off, ensuring the dog's safety even if they jump over it. The sticks are designed to come loose without getting stuck, adding an extra layer of protection. To prevent accidents, make sure to smooth out the PVC pipe top or attach a plug so that it doesn't become sharp in case the dog jumps over it. The fence is incredibly modular, as seen in picture 3, and can be set up on both sides of the pipe or at any angle. It's also stackable for varying heights. To get started, decide on a suitable length for your PVC pipes and saw them into manageable pieces. You'll find that they're not very expensive. For my setup, I used flower sticks (support pins) and trimmed off the sharp edges. Mine are approximately 60-70 cm long. Here's what you'll need to assemble each fence: 1 Flower stick/flower support pin 2 PVC pipe pieces (20mm diameter). The ones I used were originally designed for drawing cables within house walls, so they're quite long and can be sawed to your desired length. 2 M3 screws to attach the 3D printed part. 2-4 Dog Agility V3.stl prints (depending on how many difficulties you want). PLA works well because it's designed to be durable. Putting up the fence is a breeze. Simply place the flower stick on the ground like picture 4, then hammer in the pipes next to both sides of the stick.
