I'm excited to share with you how to create an amazing hot wire foam cutter in just 15 minutes! Welcome to my channel, where we're about to make something truly awesome. Today's project is a must-try for anyone who loves DIY and wants to explore the world of hot wire crafting. To get started, let's take a look at what you'll need: First, grab a piece of 35x35 cm wood as your base plate. Next, cut two pieces of 30x5 cm wood for the side rails. Then, cut one piece of 25x5 cm wood for the front rail. Now that we have our materials ready, let's talk about the electronics. You'll need an on-off switch to control the power flow and a terminal block to connect everything safely. Make sure you choose a wire with a gauge of 26GA and a diameter of 0.404 mm – Nicrome wire is perfect for this project. **Important Safety Note:** The wire can get extremely hot, so please use caution when handling it!
