This 2-part design eliminates most of the trouble and wobble associated with the existing bed on Tronxy X1 printers. It secures the wheels tightly around the aluminum profile, keeping them perpendicular to the bed once the bolt is tightened. This in turn reduces wear on the wheels. Some users may need to file the third wheel hole slightly to tighten the bed enough, as some early versions of the printer have incorrectly placed holes. To make adjustments, simply loosen the third wheel, tighten the M3 screw gently, and then re-tighten the wheel bolt. This process is demonstrated in a video available at https://youtu.be/jCg6qhkpH00. Other wheels benefit significantly from sturdier spacers than those provided with the printer. The stock spacers do little to keep the wheels straight, resulting in wobble and imprecision. These spacers share the same footprint as those found on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854095, which already reduces wobbles to nearly zero.
