Easy adjust Z-stop parametric

To replace the spring with a nylock nut, I adapted the design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:24260. To ensure proper fit, I increased the width by 0.6mm and the height by 0.2mm for the nut. This project highlighted my printer's need for better calibration on inner sizes; I printed at a layer height of 0.25mm.
