Eastwood Hotcoat Powder Coat Gun adapter and bottle lid

Eastwood Hotcoat Powder Coat Gun adapter and bottle lid

The stock adapter on the gun allowed for a lot of excess play while operating which I didn't like. Recently mine cracked which was the push I needed to finally design this It's in two pieces to aid printing so no supports are needed when the flat sides are placed on the bed. There are several versions of the eastwood gun; I have two as seen in the photos. One is the very first version offered and the other is about 10yrs old. It fits both but was designed for the newer one. I think there is an even newer model but again - this should probably work. On the oldest one the screw hole will need to be drilled. It's dead center but your old adapter could easily be used as a template I also made a plain cap (size is 53-400 for anyone interested in picking up more bottles) because I have a tendency to lose or break them. I like using the 32oz clear PET bottles because they almost perfectly fit the 1lb bags I order from prismatic and I like being able to see the colors more clearly than the milky stock eastwood ones allow. Pic of those is at the end for anyone interested
