I created a custom pulley brace design that incorporates the original equipment while providing added stability and functionality. The new version securely holds an M4 nut in place, allowing the bolt to lock down the brace onto the shaft without impeding bearing movement. I also included a bearing spacer at the top for smooth operation. Furthermore, I added a cutout to accommodate the Z adjustment knob, giving me the flexibility to install it under my X-Y platform when using the pulley system upside down. To give it a personal touch, I even incorporated a Gecko logo into the design. This modification has undoubtedly been one of the most beneficial upgrades I've made to my machine so far.
