Easier/quick extruder Access, Anet A6
thingiverse
This piece grants instant access to the extrusion area of the Anet A6's original extruder with ease. Simply slide one part onto another and printing requires no supports if files are printed horizontally. You will need 4 M3 18 screws and 2 M3 30 screws (which likely came as spare pieces in your Anet kit, just like they did for me). You have three visual options for the upper piece: plain (hA1 file), a pattern on top (hA2 file), or a pattern both on top and on the side (hA3 file). I discovered this idea on https://www.thingiverse.com/Mibu while searching for a way to easily check the filament on my Anet A6, and I loved it! However, after printing it, I couldn't quite use it because of the screws I had, so I remixed it, taking the chance to eliminate the need for supports. This piece is likely similar in idea to https://www.thingiverse.com/FrazerMaker and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2287009, but without magnets.
