The components are all attached to a single base. Initially, the sensor is fixed onto the "primary sensor housing." Next, the "spring base" is joined using a welding technique. After that, the "sensor rod" is affixed. Subsequently, the spring winds around the channel of the "spring base." The spring is then secured in specific points via welding. Thereafter, the "slide gate" is welded while ensuring proper positioning. The subsequent step involves attaching the "pedal arm with tabs" with pre-installed magnetic lubricated bearings. The spring winds around the cylinder of the "pedal arm with tabs." Once again, the spring is welded in place. Importantly, there should be a 40-degree displacement and attention to the channel and tab. Afterward, the "pedal weld bracket" is installed and welded. Simultaneously, both the "pedal arm with tabs" and "pedal weld bracket" are depressed until the bearings lock into the "slide gate's" channel. Finally, the "pedal arm" is secured either through welding or fastening. The majority of my work was centered on the manufacturing aspect, accounting for 90% of the effort.
