The sensor is initially affixed to the "primary sensor housing." Subsequently, the "spring base" is welded in place. Afterwards, the "sensor rod" is adhered. The spring is then threaded around the "spring base" channel and secured at chosen points via welding. Following this, the "slide gate" is joined with points of location by welding. The "pedal arm with tabs," pre-installed with magnetic lubricated bearings, is set within the cylinder threaded "pedal arm with tabs." The spring is threaded around this assembly as well before being welded once more. A 40-degree displacement should be ensured through the channel and tab. Next, the "pedal weld bracket" is installed and welded in position. The "pedal arm with tabs" and "pedal weld bracket" are then depressed until the bearings lock into the "slide gate's" channel. Finally, the "pedal arm" is either welded or fastened to complete the assembly. The majority of my work focused on the manufacturing aspect, amounting to 90%.
