The "EAS lightFix 2016" is an incredibly lightweight solution, weighing just 0.06kg/m (or approximately 0.003lbs/in) and requiring minimal space for transportation due to its flexibility on a 4mm steel rope (DIN3060). It boasts remarkable strength of up to 9000N (equivalent to ~2000lbf) in every direction, while maintaining its lightweight design. Assembly is straightforward: 1. Assemble the holder on both sides onto the rope on land. This involves fixing a threaded rod with a small drilling onto a short standard negative side of the profile (seat rack). Afterward, place a standard washer over it, followed by the assembled holder and securing it all with a standard nut. 2. Assemble the fixer for the mounting plate on the rope (red) on land. It consists of a threaded rod welded to a clamp with a drilling for tension adjustment using a screw and nut ("1/72). Note that the clamp may be made from plastic material. 3. With the holders already assembled on both sides of the rope, simply pull the rope into the seat racks and secure it by turning the larger nut of the holder ("3/8) and tightening the smaller nut ("18/22). Repeat this process twice. 4. Fix the "fixers" from step 2 onto the mounting plate by attaching nuts on both sides of the plate, ensuring they are positioned as close to the rope as possible to minimize torque and force exerted on the holders. 5. Position the "fixers" on the rope at the desired location (previously marked on earth) by adjusting the nuts and tightening the screw. 6. Enjoy your easy-to-assemble, lightweight system!
