Earthquake M43 Carburetor Diaphragm
prusaprinters
I accidently put a hole into the carburetor's diaphragm on my tiller when putting a new primer bulb on. I didn't realize until the engine kept flooding. So I went to Fusion360 to see if I could make a temporary diaphragm by tracing the old one. The thickness of this model is 0.32mm. I printed it with a layer height of 0.12mm so it would print three layers. I used a glass bed so only the top layer needed some light sanding. This is what I came up with. It should fit other engine that use the same carb. I tested it for two days to make sure it would still work over time. This is more of a temporary solution anyways and a new carb or rebuild kit should be purchased. Settings:Layer Height: 0.12mmInfill: 100%Material: PETG (or other fuel resistant filament)
