This is a fantastic globe for teaching and outreach in Earth and planetary sciences. Based on my original "Earth topography with coastlines" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2237721) I drew inspiration from the exceptional tutorials provided by Joel, the 3D Printing Nerd, and Angus from Maker's Muse (link below) to embed powerful magnets so that the globe can be easily opened to reveal its core and inner core.
