This package contains all files necessary for use in Maya 2015sp6, including .MB files, textures, and a Word document with instructions. To open the project, simply double-click on the .mb file or import it through the Maya window's file menu. Large texture sizes contribute to the compressed pack's size. The earth model features different base colors and sunlight angles for various months, while white clouds remain consistent. Please read the attached Word document first. Rendering can be done with MentalRay for Maya 2015sp6 or a higher version. While Maya's software render is available, it is slower and produces a lower quality result. Optimal UV mapping at the poles ensures smooth textures without distortion. High-resolution textures (43200 * 21600) are included for Base Color, Bump, Specular, NightLight, and Clouds. Upon opening the file, rendering will be smooth with no delay or crashes due to texture optimization. One-key adjustments allow modification of material properties, such as surface color and night light settings. Instructions for these adjustments can be found in the Word document. For easy navigation, viewport display of the map has been turned off, but mainland contour curves are provided. This earth model was created by the seller in their spare time, not for any company or person. It may be used for animations, movies, and games but cannot be resold, transferred, or given without permission. Creating this high-resolution, multi-functional earth model required overcoming numerous technical challenges. The seller has shared their hard work with everyone and hopes you enjoy using it.
