Earphones/Power Cord Rollup Storage

I created this gadget because I'm fed up with earphones and power cords getting hopelessly knotted together. All you have to do is open the ball-shaped container, insert your earphones or power cord into the center, and then twist the two halves until they neatly coil up inside. There's plenty of room for innovation here. I'm considering modifying the design to make it flat and adding a clip so that you can easily attach it to your shirt, sweater, or pants while running or walking outdoors. In the future, I also plan to add a spring mechanism so that the cord will automatically coil up without requiring manual twisting.
