Fidgeting with boredom, I accidentally knocked over my earphone as it slipped off the table for what felt like the hundredth time that day. This was the final straw - I decided then and there to create a solution to this annoying problem. I designed the holder to securely fasten onto tables up to 25mm thick, putting an end to those frustrating moments of scrambling to pick up my earphone before it fell again.
