This part is a one-to-one thermostat housing for a very early Triumph TR2. Instructions If you plan to print and use for investment casting, take into account that it will need to be scaled up 1.302% due to aluminum shrinkage. If you have some Ninjaflex or other low-durometer filament available, you can print just the first three layers of the gasket, which should be printed at 100% with no corrections for shrinkage. To ensure proper adhesion, flip the gasket upside down and place it flat on the build plate with supports.
