Description I made these TPU earbud/earphone running fins/wings so they would not fall out of my ears anymore and I am very pleased with how they work for me. The inner diameter of the hole is 18mm which is perfect fit for MI airdots. There are 6 different sizes of the fins with all of them having the same 18mm hole. It's modeled in SolidWorks, and the files are attached, feel free to remix them if you need a different size. Print instructions Measure the outer dimeter of your earbuds Scale the model accordingly from the 18mm that the default one is made for make sure the hole is a little smaller so it would stretch over the earbud and hold firmly Print just one, and try putting it on the earbud, and in your ear, - if the hole is not the right size, scale a bit more - if it doesn't fit in your ear, choose a different size model (remember to also scale it the same if the earbud size was good) Slicer Settings Using Cura Slicer and TPU with 95A hardness; Layer height: 0.20mm Wall count: 2 Top/Bottom layers: 2 Infill density: 10% Infill pattern: Lines Print speed: 30mm/s
