Earbud shell with support

I'm obsessed with sneakypoo's ingenious Earbud holder design, but I've got one major complaint - it requires turning on support in my slicer. That's why I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a modified version of the shell parts that incorporates built-in support flanges, making it easy to trim them off afterwards. Now you can print those shells with perfectly formed nubs without ever having to turn on support.
