I designed this specifically because my brother required something that couldn't be easily molded using an injection molding machine. The undercuts on the bollards and the jack port make it nearly impossible, if not extremely costly, to produce in that manner. The image is pretty self-explanatory. Simply insert earbuds, wind them up, then push the jack end into the provided hole. UPDATE: This method only seems to work with the latest iPod/iPhone earbuds featuring volume control buttons on the cord. I appreciate all those who attempted this with other types of earbuds.
