Ear Savers Stacked (0.2 mm layer heights)

I've created a remix of the Ear Saver - Quick Print by stacking parts using SolidWorks. This file must be printed at 0.2 mm layer heights, set up with 2 layer gaps at 0.2 mm layer height for optimal results. Testing and production have gone extremely well, resulting in parts that come apart very easily. A new file is available featuring 16 stacked parts instead of the original 8, designed to accommodate larger batches on your build plate. If you've been using the old file with 0.3 mm layer heights without issues, it's still a good option for you. However, if you're experiencing problems or want a higher success rate, I recommend switching to the new file optimized for printing at 0.2 mm layer height. This change was necessary due to the increased layer gap size of 0.4 mm, which has proven more reliable in my testing. While saving time with fewer layers may seem appealing, it's not worth the potential risks and filament waste associated with stacked parts. If you prefer the original model, I still have it available for download upon request.
