Ear Saver Version3
thingiverse
Redesigning the ear saver involves increasing the size of the lugs on the last two cross members, making it simpler to secure a mask strap on one side when putting it on or taking it off. I print these at .3 or .4 resolution with a .4 nozzle, and I optimize them for speed to meet the high demand. So far, they've only been tested using ABS and PLA materials. When printing them, I shrink the Y axis to 5.5 inches while keeping the X and Z axes unchanged. If this has been helpful, please consider donating what you think it's worth to savetheears@outlook.com, which helps provide these ear savers free of charge to essential workers worldwide.
