I made this for a family member who works for the NHS. It is to stop the face masks from hurting the backs of your ears. You simply hook one side of the headband to the hook, then put both sides of the straps around your head and hooks the other side of the headband to the hook. it also makes the mask tighter for a better fit. You don't need to print with supports but it will come out better if you do.
