Another ear saver design is here. After printing about 400 of someone else's creations, I tracked my filament usage closely, so I designed this to double the print speed, cut filament usage in half, and provide all the necessary strength. As a Director of Facility for a Nursing home, I hand out these designs to staff during this challenging crisis. Print with a .3mm layer height and 2 perimeters. This design is compatible with both .4mm nozzles and .6mm nozzles. For maximum strength, you must use these settings. One of these ear savers can literally hold up a 25lb weight. With a .4mm nozzle on my Dremel 3D45, I printed four in just 27 minutes. On my Artillery X1 with a .6 mm nozzle, I can print twelve at a time in 56 minutes. The latest version, V4, features even more strength and takes one minute longer to print. Either version will work as long as you print them correctly.
